Crocodile night Adventure

Belize River Jungle river canoe trip
Iguana

Jungle canoe Tour

This is a peaceful  tour. Travel like the Mayas and let the Belize river gently meanders you downstream back to the lodge. Although this tour is relaxing, don't close your eyes -- you never know what wildlife you may see along the way.

Howler monkey

Monkey/Nature Walk

This is done on our private jungle trail system where we have followed the monkeys so you can see them doing their monkey business.  On this tour you learn about the jungle and its many plants and trees as we search the tree tops for the howler monkeys.  We respect their space although they make sure of that in their own way -- watchout above something warm might "accidentally" fall on you.

The Mayan Princess

ATM Cave
The ATM cave will send your Belize adventure off the charts.  It has been featured in National Geographic and Discovery channel.  Don't be scared old people can do it too but for this one you need to be in relatively good shape and not scared of water! A trip well worth it!!

Cave tubing

Cave tubing (Xibalba)
A fun fun fun and adventurous trip.  One you'll want to do again and again. Cave tubing starts with a  30 minutes walk through the jungle (under the shade), just enough to get the blood warmed up so you happy for a refreshing dip. We provide you with all needed equipment except your water-shoes & bathsuit.

Lamanai Mayan riuns

Altun Ha Mayan Site
Sometimes to appreciate a complex civilization such as the Mayas, we must see it from a site that is compact.  This Altun Ha.  Releatively small yet quite prospeous -- the largest jade head of the mayan world was found here.  Altun Ha shows the progession of growth in three phases and eventually how they struggled to survive as a community -- it even has very close by its water supply.

Lamanai (Mayan Site) -  A much larger site and one of the few sites with a life span of over 3,000 years. Lamanai is a site that you need all day to appreciate, not only to see the ball court, royal residence, churches, Mask temple, . . . but also to see the beautiful jungle and monkeys there -- and to think that only 10% of this site has been escavated.

New River Lagoon
Hill Bank Station, the New River Lagoon
The station is primarily used by researchers and other specialty groups. With special arrangements canoes can be rented to explore the lagoon and with advance planning a boat tour can be arranged up the New River.
The road to the station as well as the station itself is a good place for wildlife viewing but road conditions can be difficult in poor weather.

It is a 30 minute drive to the station and the lagoon in good weather.
